Who We’re Looking For

We partner with experienced vendors who specialize in:

  • Turnover maintenance services

We focus on small repairs and ongoing property maintenance — no remodel projects.

Vendor Requirements

To be considered as an approved maintenance vendor in Grants Pass applicants must:

  • Hold a valid business license (if required locally)

  • Carry general liability insurance

  • Provide references upon request

  • Maintain reliable communication

  • Provide clear, timely invoicing

  • Demonstrate professionalism when working in tenant-occupied properties
